Job Description

Keeps premises of office buildings, or other commercial or institutional buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas as assigned.
• Sweeps, mops floors.
• Cleans and vacuums rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Dusts furniture, lights, and equipment.
• Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets, and cleans ashtrays.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Performs additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor if needed.

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Time: 12:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Salary

$16.50 an hour
