Job summary

CooperRiis, Inc. is seeking a Cleaning Specialist to maintain the cleanliness of the campuses and support a healing environment. This full-time role includes routine deep cleaning across Mill Spring and Asheville, NC, with a typical schedule of 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of cleaning methods, health and safety practices, physical stamina, and strong time management. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with possible increases based on experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning skills and methods, as well as cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of health and safety when working with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Ability to perform work with significant physical effort.
• Demonstrates good judgement and fosters a cooperative working environment.
• Ability to organize and prioritize schedule of duties and tasks. Effective in time management, thorough completion of tasks, and attention to detail/quality of work.
• Ability to receive training and integrate new skills as required for the position.

Cleaning Specialist

Cleaning Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of CooperRiis campuses. This staff person will also help ensure the quality of the healing environment by providing deep cleaning duties on a routine basis. In collaboration with the Facilities team, Housekeeping staff contribute to the fulfillment of CooperRiis’ mission by ensuring a clean and safe environment that is conducive to healing and recovery.

Hours: The Cleaning Specialist position will be full-time, 40 hours per week. The regular schedule will be 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Location: Mill Spring and Asheville NC (may need to commute to both campuses)

Job Duties:
