Job summary

CooperRiis Healing Community is seeking a full-time cleaner to support daily operations at its Mill Spring and Asheville campuses. The role requires cleaning duties, adherence to health and safety standards, and the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with potential increases based on experience. The position involves a 8am-5pm schedule, Monday through Friday, and may require commuting between campuses.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical cleaning duties.
• Willing to work 40 hours per week and handle routine cleaning tasks.

• Ability to organize and prioritize schedule of duties and tasks. Effective in time management, thorough completion of tasks, and attention to detail/quality of work.
• Ability to receive training and integrate new skills as required for the position.

Hours

Full-time, 40 hours per week. The regular schedule will be 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Location

Mill Spring and Asheville NC (may need to commute to both campuses)

Eligibility

Must be 21 yrs old or older with clean driving record and willing to drive company vehicle under company insurance.
