Job summary

CooperRiis is seeking a Cleaning Specialist to maintain the cleanliness of its campuses and support a healing environment. This full-time role runs 40 hours per week, 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday, with work at Mill Spring and Asheville, NC.

You will perform deep cleaning, operate cleaning equipment safely, and ensure a tidy, safe facility. The position emphasizes physical stamina, good judgment, teamwork, and the ability to organize duties and manage time effectively.

Job description

Cleaning Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of CooperRiis campuses. This staff person will also help ensure the quality of the healing environment by providing deep cleaning duties on a routine basis. In collaboration with the Facilities team, Housekeeping staff contribute to the fulfillment of CooperRiis’ mission by ensuring a clean and safe environment that is conducive to healing and recovery.

Hours: The Cleaning Specialist position will be full-time, 40 hours per week. The regular schedule will be 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Location: Mill Spring and Asheville NC (may need to commute to both campuses)

Starting Pay: 18.00 per hours and may increase based on experience.
