Job Responsibilities

• Work independently and handle challenging cleaning staff effectively.
• Ensure all timesheets for all commercial sites are accurately filled out.
• Ensure all site Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed according to client requirements.
• Plan, execute, and implement new SOPs to ensure compliance by cleaners.
• Draft timetables and assign duties for individual site cleaners.
• Ensure smooth operational flow across all sites.
• Conduct bi-annual site visits and meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Maintain adequate stock levels for necessary supplies at all times.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Perform any ad hoc jobs as required by the company.
