Job summary

MVP Restoration, LLC. is seeking an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team in Haslet, Texas. You will respond to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs, completing drying, demolition, and other restoration services.

You must be IICRC certified with experience in cleaning/restoration and a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction on job sites.

Qualifications

• IICRC certification required or equivalent.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration and knowledge of restoration processes.
• Experience serving commercial properties is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform production/restoration activities per work order and lead crew instructions.
• Inventory and load vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and equipment.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and ensure job sites are orderly.
• Communicate openly with the crew chief and other technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform production/restoration process per work order and chief crew instructions
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
• Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
• Communicate openly with the crew chief and other technicians

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
