Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations, delegate tasks, and guide the team at an assigned site. The role ensures standards for cleanliness and safety, with hands-on duties and coordination with the Manager when present.

Schedule: Sunday and Monday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Pay: $20.00 per hour. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package and is veteran friendly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma/GED/degree not required.
• Preferred: 1 year of similar work experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Follow schedules and route cards; report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintain open communication with management and clients.
• Assist with daily/weekly work scheduling.
• Oversee cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Manage keys/access cards for the property.
• Report damaged or out-of-service items.
• Oversee additional service requests as needed.
• Ensure work meets quality and confirmation with Area Manager.
• Train new hires per onboarding procedures.
• Complete and verify time records for staff.
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
