Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations, ensure policies, delegate tasks, and guide a team at an assigned site. The Lead oversees cleaning operations, handles keys and access, and reports to the Area Manager.

This role requires coordinating schedules, training new hires, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring quality of work. Pay is $20 per hour, Sundays and Mondays, with a path for growth at ABM.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED or college degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Lead and direct team members; monitor performance and safety.
• Coordinate schedules and route cards as directed.
• Ensure open communication between field staff and management.
• Handle keys/access cards and report issues.
• Complete time records for staff.
