Must have a valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift 30 lbs. Outdoor work and long hours in varying weather are expected; pre-employment screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean areas throughout the dealership to maintain a safe, clean and pleasant environment for dealership employees and customers.
• Sweep, vacuum and mop floors.
• Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies as needed.
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles, inside and outside.
• Notify supervisor of required materials and supplies to perform duties.
• Maintain and organize dealership vehicle inventory.
• Tag vehicles and vehicle keys.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify that accessories are present and listed on the invoice.
• Move and deliver vehicles as instructed by management.
• Ensure that inventory is current.

DARCARS Automotive Group is now seeking a Cleaning/Maintenance Porter!

As the Cleaning/ Maintenance Porteryou will play an extremely important role in customer satisfaction and the overall continued success of our company. In this role, you are responsible for the dealership cleaning and maintenance as well aslot management including cleanup and display of the dealership's vehicle inventory.

For this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication skills with both customers and DARCARS employees
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate manual transmission is highly preferred
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record
