Join Our Team as a Cleaning Line/Phos Operator (2nd Shift) at ASC Engineered Solutions

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Line/Phos Operator (2nd Shift) to join our manufacturing team at ASC Engineered Solutions in Greencastle, PA. The role offers a pay rate of $19.80 per hour and involves operating cleaning equipment to ensure threaded parts are properly cleaned before shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate hand cranes to run tumblers or baskets of threaded parts through cleaning tanks.
• Maintain nine tanks with various chemicals, ensuring proper levels and temperatures daily.
• Periodically change chemicals and clean tanks, inspecting barrels for cleanliness and coating quality.
• Use a dolly to move kettles of finished parts and transfer them between machines and separators.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be able to stand and walk constantly for up to 10 hours per day.
• Repetitive use of hands and reaching at various levels.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Awareness of moving parts and ability to work in a hot environment.
