Job description

Accountability:⯠Take care of our Nicholasville campus facilities by carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties.⯠The “Look Good” Big Rock is to be upheld throughout the campus by keeping all facilities in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)

Specialized or Technical Knowledge, or Education and Experience:

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting of up to 35 pounds, sitting, standing, and working with cleaning tools, chemicals, etc.

Environmental Conditions:

• Performs duties in multiple environments including office, warehouse, bunkhouses, and storage facilities.â¯
• Limited exposure to weather elements; appropriate PPE required.
