Job summary

R.J. Corman Railroad Group, LLC is hiring a full-time facilities cleaner at the Nicholasville campus to perform cleaning and basic maintenance, keeping the Look Good standard across the site. You will dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and assist with event setup while maintaining safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be very organized, able to set own priorities, detail oriented and flexible to work split shift hours and weekends when necessary
• Ability to handle common cleaning equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Accountability

Take care of our Nicholasville campus facilities by carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties. The "Look Good" Big Rock is to be upheld throughout the campus by keeping all facilities in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)

Specialized or Technical Knowledge, or Education and Experience

Physical Requirements

• Lifting of up to 35 pounds, sitting, standing, and working with cleaning tools, chemicals, etc.

Environmental Conditions

• Performs duties in multiple environments including office, warehouse, bunkhouses, and storage facilities.
• Limited exposure to weather elements; appropriate PPE required.
