Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience as a Cleaner/Janitor with knowledge of sanitation procedures.
• Ability to respond quickly and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Keep all building areas clean and well-maintained through vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing and sweeping.
• Regularly empty indoor trash bins and ensure proper disposal.
• Clean, service, and restock restrooms to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Assist with moving equipment, supplies, and furniture as needed.
• Report necessary repairs and maintenance issues to management promptly.
• Maintain and organize cleaning tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
