Job summary

Chick-fil-A Rincon is seeking a Cleanliness Coordinator to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. You will uphold high standards of sanitation and organization while working alongside the Inventory and Cleaning Coordinator to ensure cleanliness procedures are followed.

Responsibilities include cleaning front-of-house and back-of-house areas, training teammates, conducting daily cleanliness checks, and ensuring health department compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, reach, and climb a ladder.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Meet all standard Team Member qualifications.
• Must be available Monday-Saturday beginning at 4am.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all front-of-house and back-of-house areas are cleaned, sanitized, and well-maintained throughout the day.
• Regularly clean dining areas, restrooms, kitchen surfaces, and high-touch areas.
• Follow and enforce Chick-fil-A's cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Perform deep-cleaning tasks, including equipment, floors, and high areas, on a scheduled basis.
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom for cleaning supplies.
• Help current Inventory and Cleaning Coordinator with daily truck delivery putaway and inventory rotation.
• Train team members on proper cleaning procedures and expectations.
• Conduct daily cleanliness checks and provide feedback to team members to ensure standards are met.
• Work alongside the team to model excellent cleaning habits and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health codes and safety requirements.
• Report maintenance issues that may affect cleanliness or safety.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A's mission and core values in all responsibilities.

Job Overview

The Restaurant Cleanliness Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members. This individual is responsible for upholding Chick-fil-A's high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the restaurant. The Cleanliness Coordinator will work alongside the current Inventory and Cleanliness Coordinator take ownership of cleaning procedures, ensuring compliance with local health codes and corporate brand standards while enhancing the overall guest experience.

Restaurant Cleanliness & Sanitation

• Report any maintenance issues that may affect cleanliness or safety.
