Job summary

Quality Staffing Services is seeking a motivated Cleaning Area Manager to oversee 6–10 cleaning teams across Kent, Queen Anne’s, and Annapolis. Based in Stevensville, this role reports to the Night Operations Manager and focuses on supporting staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving service quality.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, bilingual in English and Spanish, with prior supervisory or service-industry experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Prior supervisory, team leadership, or service-industry experience preferred, including janitorial services, facilities management, hospitality, construction, landscaping, or related fields.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and develop employees.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using email, mobile applications, and basic technology tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support field operations as needed.

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Cleaning Area Manager for a growing cleaning division to oversee approximately 6–10 cleaning teams across Kent, Queen Anne’s, and Annapolis. Reporting directly to the Night Operations Manager, this leadership role is responsible for supporting employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining service quality, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to developing team members while delivering exceptional service.

Salary

Base salary up to $45,000 annually, plus quarterly performance bonus opportunities
