Job summary

Servis Group is seeking a Part-Time Cleaner for the PM shift in Bloomfield Hills, MI. This role involves light and heavy cleaning tasks across facilities, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, and window cleaning.

You must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; prior experience is helpful. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:00pm–10:00pm, and you should be able to lift items over 30 pounds and work with minimal supervision.

Summary:

Responsible for carrying out light and heavy cleaning tasks for buildings at designated facilities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
• Clean and disinfect equipment
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created
• Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
• Mix various cleaning agents
• Remove garbage and recycling
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants
• Identify and report possible repairs
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures
• Performs other related duties as assigned
