Position Details

Flexible evening hours!

• Reports to our office in Wrentham, MA
• Paid drive time

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest quality of cleaning
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Efficiently clean various facilities including offices, restrooms, kitchens, warehouses, hallways, medical offices, and industrial facilities
• Report any issues noticed during your shift
• Train current and new employees on proper TLC cleaning methods

Requirements and Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and varying shifts
• 3+ years of cleaning experience preferred
• Experience with floor stripping, waxing, and buffing is a plus
• Experience with carpet care (extraction, shampooing, etc.) is preferred
• Clean driving record and successful motor vehicle check
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Successful completion of a background check
• Effective communication skills in English
• Meticulous attention to detail
