Job summary

ABM is seeking an experienced Lead to oversee daily facility operations at 4800 Tanya Avenue, McAllen, TX. You will supervise staff, delegate tasks, ensure safety and policy compliance, and coordinate with the Manager when present.

Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties. Shift is Wed-Sat with pay of $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience leading facility cleaning operations.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to supervise at an assigned location.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.
