Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to coordinate facility operations at our Houston location, delegating tasks and guiding a janitorial team. The Lead will supervise when the Manager is not present and ensure cleaning and safety standards are maintained.

The role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed to keep facilities clean and safe for workers and customers.

Qualifications

• Prior lead/janitorial supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to delegate tasks and guide staff.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in facilities.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals.
