Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean in Wichita, KS is seeking a dependable cleaning associate to maintain clean, healthy environments for our customers' facilities. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards in daily tasks.

You will bag trash, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize restrooms, while following ServiceMaster's proven procedures. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English (Bilingual preferred).
• Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a cell phone and reliable transportation.
• Past cleaning experience is a plus.
• Ability to work standing, walking, and multi-tasking for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Bag and remove trash from facilities.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to standard.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Ensure cleaning tasks meet company standards.
• Follow ServiceMaster's products, processes and procedures.
• Open and lock facilities; manage security as required.

Role Overview

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customers' buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Bagging and removing trash


• Sweep, mop, and vacuum


• Clean restrooms


• Ensure cleaning duties are performed to company standards


• Follow ServiceMaster's standards, products, processes, and procedures


• Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required


• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications & Physical Demands
