Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus.
• Be flexible, able to multitask and contribute to a positive work climate.
• Respect and understanding for coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, windows, cleaning, moving furniture and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE where required.
• Opens and locks facilities, enables and disables security system as required.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel or school is a plus.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and be dependable and on time.
