Job summary

Stryker in Chandler, AZ is seeking a production associate to follow approved procedures, complete repetitive tasks, and maintain production logs to support meeting targets. You will work in a team, demonstrate versatility, and contribute to continuous improvement and 5S activities on the production floor.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and prior manufacturing or related experience. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

Wha you will do

Responsible for production work orders specific to their product line and/or work cell assignment. Responsible for knowing, following, and not deviating from the appropriate procedures assigned to their product line and/or work cell. Must have ability to show proficiency in their assigned area by having approved competencies. Must also have the ability to work in a team environment and have attention to detail. Must display versatility on a regular basis and must work independently with little supervision.

• Completes repetitive tasks and follows procedures along with written and verbal instructions
• Displays versatility on a regular basis within department

• Responsible for participating in continuous improvement, 5S, daily/weekly cleanings and regularly providing suggestions for improvement
