Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Cleaner to join our team at Fort Campbell, KY. You will help ensure the appearance and physical condition of the property aligns with ownership and management goals. This role is on-site at a federal facility; a REAL ID compliant license/ID is required to access the facility.

Candidates enrolled in high school with minimal work experience are encouraged to apply. Primary duties include cleaning homes and common areas, carrying supplies, and helping reduce vacancies

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a High School program.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• A current vehicle license in good standing.
• Ability to understand spoken and written English.
• Respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID required to access federal facility.

Responsibilities

• Clean entire homes, including bathrooms and appliances.
• Clean common areas such as Community Centers, offices, bathrooms, windows, and floors.
• Carry and maintain all cleaning supplies.
• Complete work quickly to meet deadlines and reduce home vacancy.
• Perform community cleaning, including trash pickup and doggie waste station cleanup.

About the opportunity

WinnCompanies is looking for a Cleaner to join our team at Fort Campbell, KY.

In this role, you will help ensure that the appearance and the physical condition of the property satisfies ownership and management objectives.

This position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID is required in order to access the federal facility.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cleaning entire homes, including bathrooms and appliances.
• Responsible for cleaning activities in common areas, including Community Centers, office spaces, bathrooms, windows, and floors.
• Carrying and maintaining all cleaning supplies necessary to satisfactorily perform routine functions.
• Completing work quickly and efficiently in order to meet project deadlines and reduce home vacancy.
• Responsible for other common area cleaning, including trash pick-up, doggie waste station clean-up and community trash removal.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a High School program.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• A current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
• Ability to understand spoken and written English.
• Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.
• Excellent customer service skills.
