Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a High School program.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• A current vehicle license in good standing and meet driving records standards.
• Ability to understand spoken and written English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• This position is located at a federal facility and REAL ID compliant ID is required to access the facility.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning entire homes, including bathrooms and appliances.
• Cleaning activities in common areas, including Community Centers, offices, bathrooms, windows, and floors.
• Carrying and maintaining all cleaning supplies necessary to perform routine functions.
• Completing work quickly and efficiently to meet project deadlines and reduce home vacancy.
• Cleaning other common area spaces, including trash, doggie waste stations, and community trash removal.
