Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our on-site operations team in Columbus, OH. You will help create a positive resident experience by keeping common areas, restrooms, and units clean and ready for market.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Maintain a professional appearance per dress code.
• Able to effectively communicate with residents and co-workers.
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning software.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Wipe and dust surfaces and light fixtures; gather and empty trash receptacles.
• Service, clean and supply restrooms.
• Clean clubhouse floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming; clean clubhouse kitchen.
• Clean facility laundry rooms and report issues.
• Clean assigned vacant units to market-ready status; vacuum, windows, dust, test lights.
• Identify items in need of repair and call vendors as advised by management.
• Prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.
• Assist cross-functional departments with tasks as directed.
• Report safety or compliance issues to management.
• Demonstrate ability to perform duties under stressful deadlines.
