Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our Bellevue on-site operations team. You will wipe, dust, sanitize restrooms, and prepare vacant units for market readiness, while maintaining clubhouses and common areas.

The role emphasizes reliability, professional communication with residents and staff, and adherence to safety standards. Compensation starts at $15.46/hour with opportunities for bonuses and advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Maintain a professional appearance following team dress code policy.
• Able to effectively and professionally communicate with residents and co-workers.
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning software, apps, and programs.

Responsibilities

• Wipe and dust surfaces and light fixtures, gather and empty trash receptacles.
• Service, clean and supply restrooms.
• Clean clubhouse floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming; clean the clubhouse kitchen, especially fridge and cupboards.
• Clean the facility laundry rooms and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Clean assigned vacant units to market-ready status; vacuum, clean windows, dust, test lights.
• Identify items that need repair and call third party vendors when advised by management.
• Mix solutions per specifications; prepare cleaning agents.
• Assist cross-functional departments with tasks as directed.
• Report safety or compliance issues to management.
• Handle duties under stressful deadlines.
