Responsabilités

• Sweep, vacuum, mop floors and stairs; use floor stripping/waxing equipment as needed.
• Dust chairs, tables, desks, and other furniture; polish surfaces.
• Empty wastebaskets and remove trash; arrange chairs and tables for events.
• Move furniture and equipment around rooms; assist with loading/unloading supplies.
• Clean windows, walls, bathrooms, and other fixtures; maintain cleanliness of all areas.
• Perform custodial tasks as required, including laundering as applicable.

• Must have the ability to perform the following tasks: Sweeps, vacuums, mops and washes floors and stairs; Uses heavy mechanical equipment in stripping, waxing and polishing floors; Dusts chairs, tables, desks and other furniture; Polishes furniture and brass; Empties wastebaskets, collects and disposes of trash; Arranges chairs and tables and other equipment for special use of building; Moves furniture, supplies and other equipment; Cleans windows, walls, bath fixtures, equipment, beds and furniture; May load and unload trucks; May operate clothes washer and dryer in laundering of linens clothing, etc.; Performs custodial tasks as needed.
