Elite Building Services in Wilmington, Delaware seeks a part-time Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace. You will perform janitorial duties, floor care, and sanitize common areas across indoor spaces as needed.

Pay is $18.00 per hour, with a schedule Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–1:30 PM and occasional Saturday 9:00 AM–11:00 AM; Sundays are not scheduled.

About the Role:

The Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors at our corporate facility. This position involves performing a variety of janitorial duties that ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of indoor (and outdoor where requested) spaces. The Cleaner will be responsible for floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Additionally, the role requires adherence to safety procedures while operating machinery and using cleaning chemicals. Ultimately, the Cleaner contributes to the overall aesthetic and functional quality of the workplace, promoting a positive atmosphere for productivity.

Location(s) & Compensation:

• 8723-FSR- Wilmington, DE.: (Building exterior grounds and parking garages) Pay rate of $18.00 per hour. Site is cleaned 5 days per week, Mondays thru Fridays from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
• Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. (NO SUNDAY WORK PERMITTED).

Building Exterior work 3 days and building interior work, 2 days per week.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable Transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles.
• Floor care experience & Floor care machine knowledge a plus
• Window cleaning experience a plus

Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:
