The position requires weekly floor buffing and includes evening hours. Prior experience with floor buffing equipment is required, with shifts Mon-Thu 6:00 PM–9:00 PM and Fri 5:00 PM–8:00 PM, five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, lunchroom/breakroom, and restrooms; sweep, mop, and maintain hard surface floors.

• Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, and workspaces; empty trash and replace liners.
• Remove fingerprints, smudges, and marks from glass doors and windows; clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces.

About the Role:

The Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors at our corporate facility. This position involves performing a variety of janitorial duties that ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of indoor (and outdoor where requested) spaces. The Cleaner will be responsible for floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Additionally, the role requires adherence to safety procedures while operating machinery and using cleaning chemicals. Ultimately, the Cleaner contributes to the overall aesthetic and functional quality of the workplace, promoting a positive atmosphere for productivity.

This position requires weekly floor buffing and offers additional hours dedicated to floor maintenance. Previous experience operating floor buffing equipment is required

Location(s) & Compensation:

• 6076- Eagle Group-DE.: Pay rate of $16.00 per hour. Site is Cleaned 5 days per week,Mondays - Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PMandFridays from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.( NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY OR MONDAY WORK PERMITTED).

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to operate floor buffing equipment safely and effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:

• Duties: Cleaning offices, lunchroom / Breakroom, restrooms - Sweep, mop, and maintain hard surface floors.
• Vacuum carpeted areas as required. Dust desks, furniture, windowsills, ledges, and other surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, and workspaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Remove fingerprints, smudges, and marks from glass doors, windows, and other glass surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, refill dispensers

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Bend, stretch, twist, reach above head, squat, walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Climb stairs
