IMMEDIATE OPENING

Location: Stone Ledge Apartments (75 apartments)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 20-25 hours weekly

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of apartment cleaning, groundskeeping, or janitorial experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent attendance and dependability
• Knowledge of hazardous material handling and OSHA safety regulations
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of building and grounds
• Perform cleaning and minor maintenance in common areas and during apartment turnovers
• Disinfect restrooms and restock supplies
• Remove trash and ensure proper storage of supplies
• Assist with snow removal and emergency duties as needed
