Cleantec is hiring Janitorial Workers, Commercial Cleaners, and Custodians to support its Central New York operations. Immediate start with on-the-job training provided; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms/kitchens, plus trash and recycling management. Flexible shifts and a starting hourly wage of $16.00, rising to $17–$18 depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to perform basic cleaning tasks with attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Customer-friendly attitude and teamwork.

Position: Janitorial Worker / Commercial Cleaner / Custodian

What You'll Be Responsible For:

As a valuable member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Sweeping: Keeping floors clean and presentable.


• Mopping: Making sure floors shine like new.


• Dusting: Removing dust and maintaining a tidy environment.


• Vacuuming: Ensuring carpets are spotless.


• Bathroom & Kitchen Cleaning: Keeping these areas in top condition.


• Trash & Recycling Management: Efficiently handling waste disposal.

Flexible Shifts:

We offer flexible scheduling options, with shifts available during both morning and evening hours to suit your availability.

Competitive Compensation:

• Hourly Wage: Starting at $16.00 per hour, ranging between $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on your location and experience. Your hard work deserves recognition!
