Cleantec is hiring Janitorial Workers, Commercial Cleaners, and Custodians to support its Central New York operations. Immediate start with on-the-job training provided; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms/kitchens, plus trash and recycling management. Flexible shifts and a starting hourly wage of $16.00, rising to $17–$18 depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to perform basic cleaning tasks with attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Customer-friendly attitude and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Sweep floors to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Mop floors and ensure surfaces are spotless.
• Dust and wipe to keep work areas tidy.
• Vacuum carpets and mats as needed.
• Clean bathrooms and kitchens to maintain hygiene.
• Manage trash and recycling duties efficiently.
