Job summary

Paumac-Tubing-LLC is seeking a Cleaner/Finisher to perform A-side surface preparation in the Robot Weld process for metal structures. The role uses air-driven grinders and hand tools to ensure parts meet customer shipping criteria and quality standards.

Responsibilities include unloading racks, following SOPs, recording production, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and coordinating with other departments as needed.

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Cleaner/Finisher tasks.
• Safely load completed carriers onto the conveyor line.
• Accurately use the Finisher cycle button to record daily production.
• Identify and contain all reworkable, repairable, or damaged parts in the Non-Conformance area for skilled rework.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with other departments as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Adhere to all company rules, policies, and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
