Job summary

Paumac Tubing Llc. is seeking a Cleaner/Finisher to support the Robot Weld process for metal structures. The role involves using air-driven grinders and hand tools to ensure parts meet shipping criteria and quality standards.

Responsibilities include unloading racks, loading carriers, recording production, identifying non-conforming parts, and maintaining a clean work area while following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload designated racks of carriers to the finishing table.

• Record daily production using the Finisher cycle button.
• Identify and contain reworkable, repairable, or damaged parts in the Non-Conformance area for skilled rework.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Communicate effectively with other departments as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Adhere to all company rules, policies, and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

The Cleaner/Finisher is responsible for A-side surface preparation in the Robot Weld process for metal structures. This role uses air-driven grinders and other hand tools to ensure parts meet customer shipping criteria and quality standards. The position requires effective communication with co-workers, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Essential Functions:

• Safely unload designated racks of carriers to the finishing table.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Cleaner/Finisher tasks.
• Safely load completed carriers onto the conveyor line.
• Accurately use the Finisher cycle button to record daily production.
• Identify and contain all reworkable, repairable, or damaged parts in the Non-Conformance area for skilled rework.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with other departments as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Adhere to all company rules, policies, and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
