Elite Building Services is seeking a part-time Cleaner in Mullica Hill, NJ to perform daily cleaning, sanitization, and floor care, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent, can work in the United States, has reliable transportation, and can lift 20+ pounds. Work hours are Monday–Friday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM with no weekend shifts.

Job Description

About the Role:

The Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors at our corporate facility. This position involves performing a variety of janitorial duties that ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of indoor (and outdoor where requested) spaces. The Cleaner will be responsible for floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Additionally, the role requires adherence to safety procedures while operating machinery and using cleaning chemicals. Ultimately, the Cleaner contributes to the overall aesthetic and functional quality of the workplace, promoting a positive atmosphere for productivity.

Location(s) & Compensation:

• 8451- Inspira- Mullica Hill, NJ.: Pay rate of $18.00 Per Hour. Site is Cleaned Mondays-Fridays from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. (NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY WORK PERMITTED)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable Transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles.

Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas.

• Conduct floor care activities, floor scrubbing, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness and safety.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly
• Bend, stretch, twist, reach above head, squat, walk and stand for extended periods of time
