Job summary

Transco Rail Services is seeking a Cleaner responsible for all aspects of car cleaning, including inspection, care, and maintenance of equipment used in the cleaning process. You will work on tank and hopper cars to meet customer and company requirements.

This role involves entering confined spaces with appropriate PPE, performing physical activities such as climbing and lifting, maintaining a clean work area, and reporting hazards.

Qualifications

• Ability to enter confined spaces wearing PPE in low lighting.
• Able to perform physical activities including climbing, lifting, and walking.
• Must pass drug screen and medical assessment.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior of tank and hopper cars according to Tactical Cleaning policies.
• Inspect cleaned interiors for compliance with customer and company requirements.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and report potential hazards.

Serving freight and tank car fleets across multiple industries, we are committed to safety, compliance, quality, and reliable service.Job Description:We are looking for a Cleaner that will be responsible for all aspects of car cleaning including the inspection, care and maintenance of equipment used in the cleaning process.Job Requirements:Ability to enter confined spaces wearing movement and sight restricting PPE with limited lighting to clean.Clean interior of tank and hopper cars in compliance with Tactical Cleaning policies and procedures.Inspect clean railcars interiors for compliance with customer and company requirements.Maintain work area in a neat and orderly manner and report potential hazards.Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights exceeding 4 feet off the ground with proper PPE and fall protection.Able to pass drug screen and physical.What We Offer:Transco strives to be the Employer of Choice.
