Christenson Cleaning & Restoration in Lincoln, NE is seeking a day porter to perform detailed cleaning for a variety of clients. The shift runs 8am–4pm, Monday through Friday, with duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation.

No prior cleaning experience is required, but candidates must lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, be reliable, and pass a background check. Transportation to client locations is required.

Christenson Cleaning & Restoration is a full-service commercial cleaning company operating in Omaha and the surrounding area. Since 1983, we’ve provided high-quality, professional cleaning services to financial institutions, corporate offices, medical facilities, and small businesses.

We’re currently seeking qualified applicants to fill a day porter position 8am - 4pm Monday through Friday.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Detailed cleaning for all clients
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors using professional janitorial equipment
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, and restrooms
• Refill paper products
• Empty trash and recycling and replace liners
• Follow safety regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
• Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods
• Must be prompt and professional
• Must have reliable transportation to reach client locations on time
• Previous experience preferred, but not required
• Must pass a background check
• Must be able to keep information confidential, as we work with financial and medical industry clients who handle sensitive data
