First Student in Cranford, NJ is seeking a Service Employee to support our operations and keep buses and facilities clean and orderly for daily service.

You will perform interior bus cleaning and facility cleaning, work with a team, follow safety policies, and participate in organizing supplies. The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks.

Now Hiring: Service Employee - Cranford, NJ

Pay: $16.35 - $16.50 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

• Sunday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (primary focus on interior bus cleaning)
• Monday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (facility cleaning, restrooms, and bus interiors)

Service Employee Responsibilities

• Perform interior cleaning of school buses, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
• Clean and maintain facility areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces
• Ensure buses and work areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
