Description: Under the supervision of the Director of Business Services and Operations, responsible for performing cleaning and custodial duties to protect and preserve buildings, equipment, and furniture.

Job Summary: 4 hours/day; 5 days/week; 260 days/year.

• CH-UH Bus Depot: 2 hours/day
• Wiley School: 2 hours/PRN

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma; work skills substantiated by training and/or relevant work experience.
• Pre-employment skill test may be required.
• Ability to lift/move items weighing 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Accurate data recording and basic mathematical skills.
• Compliance with drug-free workplace rules, policies, and procedures.
• Flexibility, reliability, self-discipline, and willingness to take on challenging tasks.
• Literacy and numeracy skills including reading comprehension, communication, and mathematical reasoning.
• High ethical standards and personal responsibility.
• Clean criminal record suitable for public school employment.
• All health screening requirements met.
