Job Description Summary: The Cleaner will work under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor and perform a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services. Duties are in accordance with established standards, instructions, and procedures. This is a union position, Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 2:00pm, with an hourly rate of $26.32.

Responsibilities:

• Clean property offices, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments, and common areas on a scheduled basis.
• Prepare vacant apartments for showing and occupancy.
• Maintain the property's landscape and exterior cleanliness, including driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, and exterior hallways.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' concerns and maintenance needs professionally.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Experience in cleaning multifamily residential or commercial buildings preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks timely.
• Adherence to Cushman & Wakefield safety policies.

Education:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Experience:

• Some related experience preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

This role involves working in a professional office environment, using standard office equipment, and traveling between properties in varying weather conditions. Physical requirements include climbing stairs, traveling outside, and exerting up to 25 pounds of force as needed.
