Job summary

Louisiana-Pacific Corporation in Carthage, TX is seeking a Plant Clean-Up Aide to support daily cleanup and utility tasks in our onsite manufacturing environment. No prior experience required; training provided to perform general tasks under supervisor direction.

You’ll be performing floor sweeping, lawn mowing, trash pickup, painting, cleaning equipment, and other duties while following safety rules and regulations. This role offers hands-on, entry-level exposure to plant operations.

Job Purpose
