Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a part-time team member for Cub Foods Silver Lake.

The position offers varied hours, including Sundays through Saturdays, and a union pay scale with up to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. You will make lasting connections with customers, help prepare the store, keep floors clean, and support the team with daily tasks to maintain a safe, inviting shopping environment.

Reports to: Maintenance Manager

Classification: Part Time

Union Rate of Pay: Progressive scale up to $18.00 / hour, based on experience

Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• FREQUENT: Physical lifting/carrying to 50 lbs. pushing/pulling to 30 force pounds walking, stooping, bending, reaching, standing, turning, pushing, kneeling, squatting Equipment Operation vacuum, mop, broom, dustpan, dust mop, carts, quick cart, bins, tilt trucks, compactor, cleaning utensils Mental judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading
• OCCASIONAL: Physical lifting/carrying over 50 lbs. squatting, stooping/bending, walking equipment operation calculators
• FREQUENT 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift
• OCCASIONAL Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift
• Exposure to outside conditions – hold/cold weather, wet/slippery/uneven ground, snow, rain
