Adecco Staffing is assisting a Medical Device Manufacturer in Bedford, MA in sourcing for a Clean Room Assembler with a strong mechanical background and experience in clean room environments.

The role focuses on inspecting incoming materials and products to specifications, reading blueprints, using precision measuring equipment, and documenting results in SAP. ASQ certification and SAP experience are preferred. Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM. Pay: $26.80 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical inspection or quality inspection experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience using measuring and inspection equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Ability to accurately document inspection results and material dispositions.
• Willingness to develop knowledge of GD&T, FDA/GMP, and SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Inspect incoming materials, components, and products for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Use fixed, preset, and precision measuring instruments to perform inspections.
• Read and understand mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Verify materials meet established quality, tolerance, and performance requirements.
• Inspect incoming materials and chemicals and document results.
• Enter inspection data and disposition materials in SAP.
• Apply barcodes to incoming materials and use barcode scanners.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
• Follow established procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and inspection area.
• Support special inspection assignments and other duties as directed.
