Key Responsibilities As A Clean Energy Customer Service Team Member:
  1. Interact and greet potential customers, introduce our clean energy alternatives to educate customers, meet their individual needs, and close sales when appropriate.
  2. Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance expectations at each location, including personal and team sales goals.
  3. Communicate a desire for ongoing learning and take advantage of opportunities to enhance individual and team performance.
  4. Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality standards.
  5. Create, foster, and grow relationships with clients by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  6. Utilize available tools to stay current on clean energy initiatives and support profitable sales growth.
Key Requirements As A Clean Energy Customer Service Team Member:
  • Proven success in customer service or clean energy sales for 1-2 years.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Outgoing, friendly, driven, and energetic personality.
  • Excellent face-to-face relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to attract attention and engage others effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • High energy, excellent organizational skills, and unwavering integrity.
  • A strong sense of urgency and commitment to customer service.
