Role Summary

The Maintenance Service Technician - Handyman plays a crucial role in our model home centers. Your work in home repairs will ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our community reputation. Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance to uphold property appearance and condition
• Complete service requests efficiently
• Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC and other systems
• Repair exterior and roof damage

Qualifications

Ideal candidates are reliable, organized, and possess strong communication and customer service skills. Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform strenuous tasks is required.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Varied handyman skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work in diverse environments (extreme heat/cold, rain, snow)
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening
