The Maintenance Service Technician - Handyman plays a vital role in our model home centers. Your home repair efforts will lead to satisfied homeowners and enhance our reputation in the community. This role requires diverse handyman skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance to uphold property appearance and condition
• Complete service requests promptly and thoroughly
• Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC and other systems
• Repair exterior and roof damage

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Varied handyman skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 100 lbs.)
• Physical endurance for strenuous tasks
• Ability to safely climb ladders and work in all weather conditions
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
