POSITION SUMMARY The Foundation Coordinator serves as the operational and administrative backbone of the Clayton Education Foundation (CEF), overseeing the day-to-day functions that support the Foundation's mission, programs, fundraising efforts and strategic initiatives. This position provides high-level support to the Foundation Board, committees, donors, alumni, and community stakeholders while coordinating core Foundation operations, including donor stewardship, financial and database administration, event management, grant program administration, alumni engagement, regulatory compliance activities, and communications support.
The Foundation Coordinator acts as the primary liaison between the Foundation Board, School District of Clayton, alumni community, donors, and external partners to ensure the efficient execution of Foundation initiatives, programs, fundraising efforts, and events. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.
