Expect detailed pre-shift inspections, adherence to WE CARE safety standards, and collaboration with the processing team to meet production targets. Shift is 7P-7A with a starting pay of $20.64/hr plus a $2.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating front-end loader.
• Ability to monitor performance of equipment.

• Able to communicate by radio and follow PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader to maintain correct clay quantity and quality.
• Operate crushers as required in processing area.
• Perform pre-shift safety inspections of equipment and work area.
• Report abnormal conditions and changes to relief/next shift personnel and team leader.
• Assist with routine maintenance and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Provide backup support to processing team and other departments.
