Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Texas Educational Aide Certification preferred or ability to acquire.
• Experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists teacher(s) with student academic goals by working with small groups or individuals.
• Assists in enforcing classroom management and behavioral plans.
• Supervises students during breakfast, recess, lunch, dismissal, events, and programs.
• Assists with ARD/IEP paperwork and data entry for special education reports.
• Supports differentiated instruction planning and implementation for individual students and groups.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
