Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher in supervision and instruction of students.
• Help shape and develop a school-wide culture that fosters productive learning.
• Participate in lesson practice and delivery of the adopted curriculum.
• Prepare materials for lessons and assemblies.
• Provide extra help to students with physical, mental, or linguistic challenges.
• Coordinate with the teacher to determine daily tasks and accommodations.
• Lead activities fostering student development and supervise students in various settings.
• Attend staff meetings and communicate with parents as requested.
